FiberFlour 300g
Eggs 2
Butter 120g
Sugar Substitute 100g
Vanilla 10g
Baking Powder 10g
Cream 60g
Sliced Plums 335g

Instructions

Melt butter and combine with beaten eggs, cream and vanilla.

Thoroughly combine flour, sugar and baking powder.

Mix dry and wet ingredients together.

Finally, mix in the sliced plums.

Divide the final mixture into muffin cases.

Bake at 180 for 25-30 minutes.
