I’ve been on a long quest to find a low carb bread that suits the whole family, it’s a pain having different breads for all factions 🙄 So this is yesterday’s tweaked effort and have to say, my best yet - just need to make sure I can do it again but I did take notes this time 😁
Fiberflour bread
500g Ultrafine Fiberflour
10g vital wheat gluten (don’t know if this is necessary as there is plenty of gluten in Fiberflour)
10g yeast
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
1 medium egg
420ml milk or water (or combination) - I used Arla lactose free, semi-skimmed
40g butter or Lurpak spreadable
Panasonic bread maker, brown bread setting and XL loaf. Just dumped all ingredients in, yeast at the bottom.
May I know what Panasonic bread maker model do you use?
Thanks
Thanks for the feedback Claire, I also bake at least one loaf a week and never have a fail! I’ll let you into a secret, I left the lid of the breadmaker open whilst I went out and the loaf still turned out perfectly!
I’ve been using this recipe for a couple of months now and had to post how amazing it is. Used Oat Milk and Coconut Sugar. All good x Absolutely craving a slice, and bakes so well. Thanks for sharing.
This is genius! Absolutely perfect! Better than Warby’s, thank you x
Thank goodness! Enjoy a bacon sarnie now 😁
Thanks for this. Got it in the bread maker now. Will let you know how it goes for me!

That looks fabulous. I’m going to try this out, what type of milk did you use ?
