I’m sure I recall a recipe for peanut butter cookies but just can’t find it. Hoping someone else can find it? I’ve searched in the forum and in the recipes section but no joy.
You can add peanut butter to any of the cookie recipes, especially the chocolate chunk cookies recipe. No need to substitute just put in as much peanut butter as you want. These cookie recipes are really forgiving. I like to have a soft cookie dough so they spread nicely when baking.
