@Paul Stevens Gosh! Really? Ouch!!!!!! Actually I was asking Clanhutchy for the recipe from the picture, as those looked such lovely scones & are not the same as the Lonjevity recipe. Obviously I've got the one from Lonjevity as the link is right there and having tried it, it wasn't so good, so I was just enquiring after the original recipe. Does that help you understand why I was asking now?! But so very many thanks for all your kind help & your charming friendly reply though!!! Really did not expect that kind of reply from this forum.
Hi Paul, Here is a recipe for savory scones, just add some bacon to it. Clanhutchy has not shared the recipe for the ones she made for this post. Try these: https://www.lonjevity-foods.com/savory-scone
What about the recipe, if you put it in I will give you a nutritional breakdown, sounds great though, you could live on those a lot better than ships biscuits, by the way they are auctioning a ships biscuit kept from the battle of Trafalgar 1805 (BBC)
These scone/muffin recipes all work the same with 1-1 substitution of wheat flour with fiberflour
Recipe please!!
